HV CHANNELS:
Configurable for 1 to 4 output connectors. Multiple Ion pumps running on one high voltage supply operate in parallel.
HV POLARITY:
Postive (CV/DI) - Postive polarity is applied to Diode style pumping elements
Negative (TR) - Negative polarity is applied to Triode syle pumping elements
CONNECTOR STYLE:
The 10 kV SHV output is standard for current and historical controllers
Available Fischer with Interlock for existing Varian/Agilent pump installations
